That's what i did for the GTV. £30 is a bargain.

I already have one in cream that I could get recovered, buying a black one is a quick route to what I want although I think a proffessionaly recovered in black with red piping seat would set the scooter off a treat. I just need a recommendation or two for upholsterers, plus I think it will have to wait to the end of the season so I am not without my scooter.

I'm keeping my standard seat so that i can put the scoot back to standard when and if i ever sell it.

Could be an option maybe? Buy another and have it recovered while you carry on riding. When you come to sell give the buyer a choice of seat then sell on the spare?
