got my runner out for work as usual

looked at it and noticed it didnt look right. at a further glance the exhaust was shaking around like a wet fish

turns out the pipe is moving at the head but all the head bolts are tight Confused

i now need to sort an exhaust and fix my coolant pipe

why oh why do things like this happen before i go away Laughing

when i loaded up the bike the pipe kinked more then i liked so its coming off

right im not happy. the scorpion has struck again Crying or Very sad

latelly my bike has been playing up quite a bit, see other thread so i checked my exhaust for play and it was fin except the inside of the silencer was moving whereas the outside was not Embarassed

this is where it is blowing now, and it blows loads too

it blows all around the red bit i have marked

so in the last 3 weeks.

i have:
paid to get it welded as it fell off
paid to get it off twice to have it checked.

now i have to pay to get it off
pay to get a standard pipe to use.
pay for fitting
pay to send the scorpion away

the pipe is 6 months old this is rediculous

im am seriousely fucked off, its always the exhaust fucking heap of shit

i dont have any problem with the scoot itself so buying a gts is pointless

just this bastard pipe

i rang up scorpion but he wants the warrentee card or receipt

funny how its lifetime warrentee and im sure he can tell its a scorpion lol so its abit pointless

looks a simple fix,

if you drill out the pop rivets the end plate will come off, put some silicon mastic around the end plate and re-fit with new pop rivets,

should not have happend as its not a year old yet
