phil wot was wrong the the normal brakes???????
are they not up to the job of stopping you, mine seem very good
what is the caliper off |

It means you can brake harder and later, gives you more confidence in the braking system. Me and Phil have both experienced 'brake fade' on a couple of occassions, and on these occassions, the standard brake setup wasn't adequate.
The caliper is standard fit on Ducati 916, 748, Monsters and on KTM Dukes and Husabergs. _________________

The standard pads dont help either, half a whiff of heat and they fade like crazy... decent sintered set help no end. |

Agreed, the sintered ones are no end better but still not a patch on the four pot monster caliper _________________
