Has anyone bought one of the plastic chrome covers that goes on to the engine casing???????????? And how much was it please?????????????

They were about £6.80+vat... but i think theyve been discontinued and the number superceeds to dull silver now
But i will double check. |

Thank you mate are they the new ones with the rubber grommets????....instead of the plastic bits that break off. |

I think it should ware really well as it is meant for engines to get up to 400 degrees.
But I am conscious of scratching it when I put my foot down for the centre stand...
I dont think i would spray my PM though or I may try it on the front bit first up to the springs and the joint.. |

judging by the colour the front section of the PM pipe goes after use i think we're dealing with temperatures in excess of 400 degrees _________________

Yeah it sticks to anything, just needs a few coats as its very transparent like tint spray... but given a few coats its very good stuff. |
