Hi, new to Vespa's but have bought a gt 125 03 reg......using it to and from work at the mo, about 6 miles....exhaust is getting v.v. warm, smells hot too....as i said haven't got Vespa experience..is this normal or is there a problem I should be looking at?
Runs fine and rides great but just seems to be hot but can somebody advise if its just me worrying for no reason?

Yes the exhausts get hot, very hot... upto about 800 degrees after the catalyst section if ridden for a while... whats the engine temperature like though, as thats the important one to keep an eye on.
