Had the idea! bought a open faced helmet for a couple of quid of a car boot, i had a pair of conventional headphones not massive ones but over the ear type, broke them open for the raw speakers tried them for size in helmet , marked there position inside of helmet then using a red hot knife i cut out exactley the position required to be perfectly over the ear, sank them in it and even secured the padding over the cloth, wallah i now have a superb sound system for my helmet which i use with a standard mp3 no amp required,no one can tell the wire i trail through back , yeh there will be peeps who say you cant do that , well i have and it was my choice , its up tu you Razz
Laters Jim. ( if i could figger out pics id show you )
