i have these on mine also on the caliper bolts http://www.mandp.co.uk/productInfo.aspx?catRef=552355
will dig out a pic also you can get alloy ones in diffarent colours from pro-bolt, had blue ones on my runner
added pic of the gts wheel with the bolt covers

think they were 6MM ones, same size as the allen key that fits the bolts

yes it is , as it was a pain to use the flip up choke lever so used some bits i had laying around,
a small tip: the leaver was a plastic indian one with the plastic cut off and polished
