I guess there's a chance this could clash with Mersea 
But reading the latest issue of Vespa News from the Vespa Club of Britain they are holding a joint rally with Vespa Clubs of Holland and Belgium at Valkenburg, which is about 30 miles from Liege just over the border in the Netherlands.
Another one to consider for the High Voltage Tour????

if it's VCB then it'll be more tea and sandwiches than lager and whatever else we do, but having said that i'm sure it'd be a good laugh and they'd be pleased to have us along, might be worth telling them if we do plan on going, i'd hate to crash it and find we're as welcome as the plauge

That sounds like a good idea , maybe.
Wanna do this rally, then Funds allowing the touring and Run to the Castle...
Germany still no 1 with Elba 2
