Got my hand guards last week, but only got chance to fit them last night. They are genuine Suzuki V-Strom hand guards but look right on the Fuoco I think. Only a small amount of modification required to make them fit ok.
Hopefully no more cold hands.

Acerbis do some guards that will fit a GTS if ya want some, the only attach via the bar end fitting... No cheap though.
And the Fuoco suits them very well indeed.... Looks good. |

I've had a bit of time to do a detailed Fuoco interpratation of the fitting instructions, hope this is clear to understand. The red highlights indicate the parts not needed, the yellow indicates the parts I modified. (NOTE: Bolt F is my intended alteration, I have not done this yet.)
This is the only bit of plastic trimming I had to do:

Would you believe since I fitted the the temperature has been a fair bit milder 6 to 8 degrees, a apposed to the 0 and - figures the week before it fitted them. So no cold fingers yet, but that down to the weather not the gaurds _________________ Gilera Fuoco 500ie
