Done a bit of digging and found this on the dutch scooter forum
Dutch Scooter Forum wrote: | Allright,
The date for the Dutch Lions S.C. / Yorkshire Scooter Alliance run 2009 is set.
Friday 12 june untill Sunday 14 june 2009. Venue is again the lovely town of Heerjansdam.
Further information about how to sign-up for this rally will be anounced shortly at this forum and on the Dutch Lions and Yorkshire Scooter Alliance website. There is limited space so prescribing in advance will be neccessary and required.
So, put this date in your agenda. It's gonna be a brilliant one (again!) |
I will keep an eye on these sources and let you know what to do to pre-book for this rally _________________

I spoke to one of the main people that run the YSA and...........
No tickets are on sale yet and no date yet as to when they will be
When they do go on sale they will be offered to those that went last year first(the YSA one)
This is to try and control numbers as the site has limited capacity.
I'll keep you posted if i hear anything _________________ Hey ho,twist'n'go! |

Does this mean YSA members will get priority for tickets
It could put our trip to Holland in jeopardy
Then again, more time in Germany _________________

From what i've been told those that went to their rally last year get priority, then remaining tickets go on general sale.
I have no idea of ticket numbers or how many went last year though so there could possibly be 100's of tickets that make it to general sale _________________ Hey ho,twist'n'go! |

We just need to keep an eye on things and then get the tickets as soon as they're released to the scootering masses.
It maybe worth thinking about an alternative plan, I'll be disappointed not to go to this rally but I'm sure there's other things that we can do in Germany / Holland.
Getting a campsite near to Amsterdam is obvious, but springs to mind as a fun thing for us to do that weekend... _________________
