Hi all,
I`m currently insured with E-bike insurance online for my GTS & my Series 2, however they`ve written to me to say the policy type i have is soon to be discontinued. Mad
I`m a wee bit pissed off as i`d been with them for 4/5 years always for 2 scoots & the cost was only £18 per month by D/D.
I`ve also just renewed my car insurance & taken out new pet insurance too. It`s all money , money, money .
Hopefully some of you can post on who you`d recommend for a good deal
Cheers.

Ive got mine with Carol Nash on a multibike policy which lets me have upto 5 bikes on one policy, I pay more for the GTS as it's new than I do for my custom GP with agreed value etc works out to be just over the £240 mark but this may be due to my postcode.
I did look at Tesco insurance as they qouted me £69 fully comp for the GTS and then insure the lamby as a classic policy which you can sometimes get cheap if you shop about Wink .

For my T5 and GTS I pay £16/month which includes £5/month for european breakdown cover - with Bennetts (mid 40's, 6 points for speeding on licence, garaged at night, no commuting) hope this helps.

Also try one of the comparison sites like www.thebikeinsurer.co.uk

Saves you trawling through loads a sites inputting the same info over and over again. Wink

MCE are normally one of the cheapest nowadays on scooters... often cheaper than the manufacturers own deals... well worth a try! Very Happy

Success..........of sorts !
I looked around and got various quotes - but ended up renewing my policy with my current insurers E-bike.
1 year fully comp for my GTS & Series 2 £ 138 for a 43 year old with no points (just now) with a goodish postcode, saving me £ 78 over a year
Not bad eh ?
But it makes you wonder how much TOO MUCH are we paying for scooter insurance - i know its not a sports bike but im not a spotty 16 year old yoof any more. And when i was in 1981 my 50 Special cost £50 to insure fully comp.
