I've noticed that my PM pipe hits the underside of the bodywork quite a lot , especially 2 up, even with the shockies set to the highest setting.
Anyone else noticed this ?

Yep, swap your rear springs for a pair of stiffer ones from Scooter Parts 4 You, £40, Problem solved!

Got them on mine and they do stop the thing from bottoming, the also make the scoot sit higher and are obviously stiffer, I run mine on the softest steenig.
