Well my latest bit of bad luck was the sump gasket failing this weekend. Noticed an oil leak beneath the tranny cover. Russ at Rev and Go sorted it as usual.

ohhh theres a new one other than the old rear brake hose being melted by exahust all been going well Shocked on my 3rd exahust gasket

saying that just done 8000 miles due oil change belt and roller time mwe thinks bike seems a tiny bit slower but could be me Wink

Also had a belt fail in the past. Malossi now do a GTS belt.

Ive also posted this with pics of the scoot under "show me yours!" but has anyone else had a problem with rusting along the seam behind the front mudguard? (probably Gt as opposed to GTS) as i have and its quite bad for 3 years old. I wonder if its water getting in through the radiator holes and rotting from inside out although i cant belioeve piaggio would let this happen?

Not had this problem meself and my scoots out and about everyday, all weathers. Never heard about this as an endemic problem!
