Think there was a similar thread a few weeks back when someone mentioned this when turning right...

Basically sometimes when I pull away from a standstill, or from low speed either straight ahead or turning right (and maybe left to be honest, so may not be that specific) the bike makes a shush noise.

It doesn't always happen, especially the first 5/10 minutes of riding, but the last few days I've noticed it more on the way home commuting through london, and wondered what it could be. I haven't noticed it at any sort of speed, though that could be due to general traffic noise etc.

Its a gts 250 with 8600km on the clock by the way, and I was hoping to leave this till its 10k service, though dont want to risk doing any further damage if so.

| thought it might be the rollers/belt etc? though thats a guess as i know nothing about autos, though I think these get changed at the 10k service?

anyway, any advice would be much appreciated!

mines more of a "rub rub grind grind" noise...............

changed belt & rollers, checked everything that can clash, rub, touch, interfere, vibrate, noise / sensation is still there.......

may uprate rear springs as they seem a tad on the soft side even on the hardest setting and see if this rectifys things......
