I've just had a word with my dealer (Scootech) about the stock Savas complaining how bad they are. They said that they have had several conversations with Piaggio about this. scootech are my local dealer, found them to be very helpful.

bought my bike from cheap from here: http://www.tacbikes.com/index.html (and got a bigger discount than the listed price cos of a colour fook up) but they know shit about the bike, so apart from the first service I got free I always use scootech for any work etc

use a shit dealer, get shit service!
