Hi all thought I should stick a post in here and introduce myself before making anymore more posts. Embarassed (Forgot my manners).

Picked up a GTS last May. I was going to buy another motorbike and kind of got side tracked by the GTS250. After test riding it I ordered one staright away.

I like the lightheartness of scooters not to mention the practicality. One thing I had forgotten about was that when I had my last bike, a BMW 1100GS, I used to get pissed off by all these scooter riders leaving me behind at the lights. I'd have to give the bike a right handfull to stay with them by which time you're hitting the brakes for the next set of lights.

Well it's all happening again now except I'm the nippy little shite on the scooter and not the bemused, frustrated, ego dented biker.

Nearly sold the GTS a while back. Glad I didn't. It's too damm handy and a lot of fun.

Welcome from a fellow newcomer.
Yeah makes me laugh how bikes usually lose the race when changing from first to second and we just zoom on! And as for other scoots they are a spec in the mirror. No mistake the GTS250 is not a toy.
