Been over to Etaples today and sorted out the hotels  I had to put extra money to cover 2nd hotel as I could not get a deal anywhere close to the main hotel.
After much bartering what I've sorted out is that everyone who is going will have breaky at the main hotel (I've paid for all this) The room sharing plan will be changing now (I'll post that tomorow as I'm knackered) and will give more room in the sharing rooms
Also agreed to pay hotel owner 150 euros for a buffet on the thursday night which works out at 7 euros each approx £4.50 which we'll sort out on the night
Will work out total overspend and sharing details and keep you all posted but basically it's looking good
