Most bars are standard size of 22mm so dont panic...

Even the Renthal fat bars taper down to 22mm for the grips... there is the odd machine with different size but nothing main stream... last one i saw was a harley... and if i remember right, the new oxford grips come with an adaptor tube for them now as well.

Just watch which oxford ones you get... the older style with the big mechanical button are a safer bet really, although the control is huge... the newer ones with the electronic switch is a little weird at times as it features a auto cut off when the voltage gets low, which means they often dont work unless wired direct to the battery, and occasionally switch off in use Rolling Eyes

If you want them ones, be selective how you fit, where you fit and solder the connections.

bloody freezin mate!!!

-5 today on the way home from sunderland Shocked

my hands were killing!

cheers, i can't get the grips off becuase the bolts on the bar ends are seized on. i wish they'd copper grease em before they put them on. bloody nightmare!

gonna have to drill the head off the bolt on the throttle side. Evil or Very Mad should be easy enough to wire up, i'll run them directly from the battery terminals like i did with my horn.

The left side is 22mm. The right side is 26.2mm because of the throttle sleeve. Just to complicate things, the throttle sleeve has a small ridge around the far end, but you can easily file it off.

Thats grip size not bar size... both bars are the same size. But yes one grip is bigger than the other as it has to go over the throttle tube.

Suit I've got the Oxford grips too and they're great! Mounted the controller on top of the LHS brake fluid reservoir cap with double sided automotive tape. Had to make a cut out in the cap to let the wire through.
