OK, naming the dealers on here blatantly will possibly get me into bother so, if you are in the Dudley area of the ~West Midlands and considering the purchase of a new scooter, whatever type, then PM me and I will tell you the dealers name so that they can be avoided. My summary of them is this, when it came to buying the scooter they were very good Smile

but they don;t IMO know enough about servicing and repairs of my particular model to be reckoned with and if you have problems as we did they NEVER call you back no matter what they say or how nicely they say it they are not worth bothering with. Funnily enough at our local gathering last night someone else knew someone who had no kind words to say about them either Twisted Evil

We only wen to them as the 300's were very hard to come by and they had one, else we wouldn't have bothered. so now we have it back, gonna run it in (for the second time) then take it to another dealer for its first swervice and keep our fingers crossed in between Sad
