The thing is I'm not sure where I would go for a competent mechanic, my local dealer (not the mechanic I must add) said they'd take the PM off my 250 and fit it to my new 300, also they'd re-jet it for me Shocked

I had to point out that a feul injected bike has no need for this Evil or Very Mad

To be fair the mechanic is normally spot on, but he is an older guy less likely to be fully up to speed with things like the latest diagnostic tools than a 21st century guy like our Mr Thomas here

I'm not so confident Smudger, I rang them for steering bearing & they told me you couldn't buy them. Then they tried to talk me into fitting a PX steering bearing/race to the GTS..... Rolling Eyes
