Bryn grounded me last time! He got pissed and went around telling everyone to go back to their digs because they were grounded! _________________

Hello chaps,
I've read the thread from top to tail BUT still have a question.
Would I get a noticable gain in acceleration by just fitting an after market variator on my GTS250?
I so, which one, Malosi or Polini?
Or are there other parts that would need replacing as well?
Appologies if this has already been covered and I've missed it.

YES
EITHER
NO, if you fit the Malossi you get a contrast spring to fit as well.

right got some questions for the performance variator owners
a standard bike whether its my 200vxr or a 180 drag or whatever is very torquey as standard, so when you throttle they pull very very well.
with my 172 it was very revvy and didnt feel as much fun
so with these variator do i get my nice grunt when i give it some beans etc etc.
i dont want to fook around if i lose torque
cheers.
also can i use a standard belt with a variator
cheers _________________
